    Verdict

Don Pasquale, Indebted and Ronsard look the three to concentrate on in this maiden and the vote is given to Don Pasquale. The selection was a fair second behind Sydney Symphony last time out and he need only run up to that mark to win this poor affair. Indebted rates the main danger he was a fair second behind Solway Firth last time out and with the drop in trip sure to suit he will not be far away. Ronsard has place claims on his best form but he has not progressed as expected and he may be venerable to a less exposed type. Of the remainder Mysteriosa is a well-bred sort from a yard that can ready a newcomer so is worth noting in the market but the draw could have been kinder and for the winner we return to the more experienced Don Pasquale.
