        Verdict

        The three Irish raiders, BENDZOLDAN, Lift The Gloom and Blue Cross Boy, have shown nothing for a long time though the former had some decent form at Dundalk last year and gets the nod as this won't take much winning. The betting should give some indications as to why the trio are here and this is such a poor contest that anything could happen. Deslaya stepped up to this trip for the first time here in October and ran well enough to give connections some encouragement but Join Up looks a better prospect as his last victory came from a 3lb lower mark over this C&D in February.
