In depth

Verdict

Cooleycall Star, Beaver Diva and Blue Moon Hitman are the three to concentrate on in this moderate affair and the vote is given to the last mentioned. The selection has been threatening to win a race for some time and put up another good effort when a finishing third behind Hellbent on this track last time. The useful David Nolan is booked for the ride here and with his 3lb allowance that could help our selection to get his head in front. Beaver Diva finished narrowly in front of our selection last time and there is likely to be little between them again, and she shaped as though she would be winning before too long in that Wolverhampton race so she is another who has got solid claims here. Cooleycall Star is a long-standing maiden who has gone close on several occasions to breaking his duck, but he is probably better over 6f and he is proving hard to win with. Tree Roofer is from a shrewd yard and is another with place prospects, but we will stick with Blue Moon Hitman as our idea of the winner.
