SOLAR DEITY (NAP) started favourite for last year's renewal but was beaten by a head. He'll be looking to make amends and can do so with a recent comeback run at this track under his belt. Marco Botti's charge finished behind Maverick Wave on that occasion and the latter has since won at Lingfield while there was little to separate Flow and Earth Drummer over a shorter trip here a fortnight ago where they filled the places. Star Links won in this grade at the track back in February but has not raced since March while Patriotic will find this tougher after placing in a Class 4 contest here last time.
