        Verdict

        The 6lb penalty Eternal Bloom picks up for winning at Southwell earlier in the week is not enough to stop her at this level and this half-sister to Free Rider is fancied to register a quick follow up at the main expense of Countrywide Girl, Home Coming and Good Form. The in-form Mark Lawson is back in the saddle aboard Mel Bittain's charge and he will no doubt be keen to ride his third winner on the bounce for his boss. The jockey's 7lb claim effectively rules out the penalty and the partnership should make a bold bid for glory with plenty in their favour today. A lack of strength-in-depth amongst her opposition also makes Eternal Bloom's task an easier one and it may be best left to Countrywide Girl to chase her home.
