Verdict
Lady Hopeful gets the confident vote in the finale with Maktavish and Blackheath rating the main dangers. The selection has been in good form without winning of late but a reproduction of her latest second behind King Of Charm sets the standard in the context of this race and under conditions that suit she will be hard to beat. Maktavish rates the main danger on his latest second behind Sherjawy but he was beaten in a seller last time out and is taken on with this in mind. Blackheath is best when allowed to dominate and as he looks sure to be taken on for the lead he is opposed. Of the others Desert Hunter may need the run after a 156 day break and for the winner we return to Lady Hopeful who has been in good form of late.
