Jason Watson can also claim his 7lb allowance today so Andrew Balding’s charge looks the one to beat. Verstappen went close dropped back to a mile last time and the same comment applies to Trogon while Taifbalady looks a threat stepping up in distance after placing at Newcastle. Whitehall may prove best of those returning to action ahead of Compliance, Admiral Spice and Tommy Shelby.
