      Verdict

      RIPOLL is penalised for winning at Kempton during the week but Sylvester Kirk's filly scored by four lengths and should confirm running with Spirit Of The Vale. Recognition has disappointed since making the frame at Epsom in September while Ritasun has failed to improve on a debut fourth at the same track in July. Edgeoftheforest won a seller at Thirsk during the summer but has since been well beaten in a handicap and the remainder make little appeal.
