Verdict

Faithful Ruler has claims if in the mood though he has three lengths to find on latest running over C&D with RED SOMERSET. The latter has since overcome trouble in-running to win again in similar company at Lingfield and Mike Murphy's charge looks to have more in the locker if he needs it. He may well have to dig a bit deeper today given Dazzling Valentine has a bit in hand at the weights and looks sure to be winning soon, while McConnell is another regular at this level and he too could have a say in proceedings after being well beaten in handicap company last time.
