Verdict

Sian Gwalia scored over track and trip last month but never looked liked following up despite finishing second back here last week. She was beaten over three lengths and CABUCHON finished closer to the winner when fifth at Lingfield a fortnight ago. David Evans' charge gets the vote to come out best in this with a similar effort. Wild Desert has plummeted down the weights after a string of poor runs and is looking to bounce back but Star Of Namibia has yet to win a race and is hard to fancy despite Silvestre De Sousa's presence in the saddle.
