YORKSHIREMAN won this last year off a 5lb higher mark and has been steadily coming to hand again recently – he may be poised to strike again. Helmsman was beaten less than three lengths on his reappearance at Lingfield and is usually thereabouts. Scenic Star has been running well at Dundalk since the turn of the year and Gavin Cromwell's raider also goes on the short-list. Missandei won over 1m6f here last month but this will be her first try beyond that trip and neither Roc De Prince nor Dukes Den have been pulling up any trees over hurdles lately.
