Soft going looked a legitimate excuse for DEBYDINKS returning a disappointing favourite at Thirsk. He’d gone close in a couple of previous starts on Tapeta and gets another chance back on the all-weather. Holly Blackmore finished in front of the selection at Thirsk while Ma Famille is another who ran below par on soft ground last week having placed at Kempton earlier.
