Verdict
Plenty of familiar names on show here and plenty that you can consider but our vote goes to Dig Deep ahead of Magic Glade and Trinculo. Tartatartufata and Dig Deep are weighted to reverse recent Southwell form with the penalised Magic Glade today. Of these, we are going to opt for Dig Deep, who is well drawn and had prior to that run shown decent form over seven furlongs so might have some more to come at today's trip. However, we respect Magic Glade as he won pretty well that day on only his second run for his new trainer. A drop to five furlongs from his last two runs could help the cause of Trinculo, while Desert Opal has an impressive record here but a further rise in the ratings will test the level of his abilities. Once again, then, the selection is Dig Deep.
