Verdict
Little Choosey finally won a handicap when dropped into this lowly grade here last week. SINGING STAR finished back in fourth but is weighted to finish much closer today and should improve enough to take this given that was her first start since August. Quantum Dot continues his slide down the handicap without showing any noticeable improvement but Windy Miller may do better now handicapping for the first time.
