Verdict

Albert Finney beat Time Immemorial when winning over a shorter trip here earlier and went close over 1m2f on his handicap debut. John Gosden’s charge has to come into the reckoning but NATSOVIA made no mistake over course and distance on her handicap bow when catching Thunderoad close home with a late surge to the line. The latter is slightly better off today but there looks plenty more to come from Jamie Osborne’s filly and she can go in again. Paradise Boy won a maiden over today’s trip earlier and is preferred to Caplin now handicapping for the first time.
