Verdict

Pinball and Fyelehk are put forward as strong contenders here but the selection goes to SPEAK THE TRUTH. The gelding has been the winner on his last two starts and looks set to complete the hat-trick. He finds himself in slightly better company here but is still worth taking on. The three-year-old has won over course and distance already this year and on recent form cannot be over looked. The form of Patrick Morris' Pinball is much better now than before her break and since her return to action she is progressing well. This slight step up in trip may be of some benefit to the filly who ran with credit when last here and this should prove to be a welcome return to the track where she ran her best race of the year back in February. Fyelehk returned from a 201 day break recently and was pleasing here last time out, where a step down in trip proved to be of benefit and should the three-year-old run a similar race here he should be thereabouts at the finish. Badtanman and Bees River have been running well of late and a market check is advised, but for our selection we turn to the inform Speak The Truth.
