Verdict

BOY THE BELL finally made the most of his slide down the weights when scoring over C&D last time. He remains well treated on his best form and should get a good tow around here from Bertie Blu Boy. The latter made all at Lingfield last month and has gone close again in a couple of subsequent starts while Ace Master has shown a bit more of late and makes more appeal than the disappointing Silver Wind, a losing favourite in a seller last time. Piccolo Express will pop up in one of these lowly handicaps soon and looks best of the remainder.
