Verdict

Gaselee returns from a lay-off after finishing a creditable fourth in a Listed event in France. He now has something to prove racing off a 17lb higher mark than when winning on the turf last October. Satwa Gold was sent off favourite but disappointed on his latest start and his earlier defeat by Exemplary gives him a bit to find with ETHICS GIRL. She's won twice here in this grade and is preferred to Stadium Of Light, who still gets no respite from the handicapper despite a string of placed efforts. Blackmore improved for the step up to 2m last year but may just need this reappearance run.
