Verdict

Heatherdown Hero has been in good form over longer trips recently but a chance is taken on CORSINI. The latter began life handicapping off a 13lb higher mark during the summer but made a promising debut for new connections at Lingfield and Billy Loughnane takes 7lb off her back today. Selfish Brian went close over 1m3f at Southwell on Thursday while Ward Castle was second over the same track and trip last week and Aryaah placed in an amateurs’ race over a shorter distance here recently.
