Wahoo Sam can follow up at the expense of Deeper In Debt, Hits Only Heaven and Trifti to name but three. This is yet another tight looking affair in which four or five have claims of a sort, and this time the pin comes down on Wahoo Sam who does his best work from the front. Those tactics have paid off on a number of occasions, most recently when he returned from a three-month break to make all over seven furlongs here a fortnight ago. He is better over a longer trip really, so despite a rise in the weights, he should be more at home and will be sharper as well. Deeper In Debt has hit form of late, gaining back-to-back successes over the course and distance, but now races off his highest ever mark of 79. Hits Only Heaven was in good form before the turn of the year, scoring three times, including twice at Lingfield, but he too may now be starting to feel the grip of the handicapper, while Trifti has it to do off topweight but ran a blinder to go down narrowly to a 100-rated animal here last time. It would therefore be folly to rule him out of calculations, and along with Atlantic Quest and Binanti, he can make things interesting for the selection Wahoo Sam.
