        Verdict

        Pips Song could still be ahead of the handicapper and after two recent wins here has to be the one to beat. Illusive is a model of consistency but struggles to get his head in front and may be booked for a place again. Redoubtable has become very disappointing but is now racing off a handy mark, while High Esteem has been in the form of his life this winter and has to be respected.
