In depth

Verdict

It is difficult to oppose Czar Wars here even though he is steadily rising in the weights, and we think he can continue his fine sequence at Wolverhampton at the expense of Noble Locks and Best Before. Czar Wars has won on three of his last four visits to this track and is in great form at present. He is game and consistent and will be hard to beat once again. Noble Locks could give the selection most to do, as he he also goes really well at this track. He was disappointing at Southwell last time out, but is certainly capable of taking hand in the finish here. Best Before has shown plenty of ability on turf and could be interesting if he takes to the surface, but Czar Wars is the percentage call and looks the one to be on.
