        Verdict

        PINK JAZZ was in excellent form last winter, completing a course and distance double around this time, and is just 1lb higher than his last winning mark so gets the nod. The Game Is On attempted to make all over slightly further at Chelmsford and was only caught close home by Engrave and Maysong, who fought out the finish. The winner, a specialist on that track, can confirm the form with the runner-up but the third can gain revenge over this trip. Lofty was beaten a neck over the track and trip a week ago and is greatly respected while Brodie Hampson has been on board for the majority of Luna Magic's seven victories.
