    Verdict

    RED SOMERSET is the senior runner in this seller but finished a couple of lengths ahead of Jack Who's He in a much better race at Kempton earlier this month and looks a cut above the others. Faithful Ruler is rated 10lb higher than stablemate Spinning Ridge but twice had a rear view of the selection over C&D in sellers last year and was also behind Imprimis Tagula at Southwell a year ago and over track and trip last month. Alan Bailey's gelding is better suited by 7f in general however.
