        Verdict

        RUNNER RUNNER was set a stiff task when upped in class at Goodwood but finished a respectable third. A similar effort could make her the one to beat in this company. York Express has a bit to find with the selection on today's terms as she attempts 7f for the first time while Lear's Rock proved a big disappointment at Brighton having run well at Sandown on his introduction. Edge Of Heaven showed some promise at Lingfield last month and Multistar makes most appeal of the newcomers.
