In depth
Verdict
Templepark was due to return from a break over fences at Kempton yesterday. Lough Derg Spirit has an even longer absence to overcome and has changed stables and had wind surgery since last seen over fences at Ayr last spring. Hatcher has more recent form over the larger obstacles but IRISH ROE (NAP) should take advantage of her mares’ allowance against these if handling the surface. She’s a decent performer over timber and found only the smart Lady Buttons too good in a Grade 2 at Doncaster when last in action.
