Verdict

PULSATING is being kept busy by connections but continues to perform with real credit and would be the one to beat if turning up here after his scheduled engagement on Friday at Lingfield. He has a strong record at this venue and receives a more than handy 10lb from course and distance winner Bernie's Boy at the head of the weights, the charge of Phil McEntee being another who appears to relish frequent racecourse visits. Nezar is another to take close note of as he usually runs his race despite not being the most prolific of winners, whilst the Mick Appleby pair at the foot of the handicap - Channel Packet and Jack Nevison - should both be tracked in the market as they return for the new season.
