        Verdict

        Many here with chances in a wide open curtain closer, and we will side with Pepper Road, Nightwing and Magic Amour are just two of many dangers. Robin Bastiman's six-year-old doesn't win very often, but is dropping to banded company for the first time. He is in good form at present having finished just a length behind Night Wolf at Brighton and he could be the safest option this afternoon. Magic Amour has held his form well since landing a couple of races in the summer. He likes it round here and must be a threat to all. Nightwing doesn't have obvious form claims but this does represent a drop in class and if he comes in for support take note. Captain Darling and Treble Seven also have claims on their best form, but Pepper Road is our tentative choice in a very tricky contest.
