Irish raider Earl Of Bunnacurry followed a success at Southwell with a victory over track and trip but this is more difficult under a penalty. Foxy Locks romped home by eight lengths here last month but has been raised 14lb while Acadian Angel won a seller at Redcar recently though this isn’t much tougher. Both Comporta and Mossy's Lodge finished second over shorter trips on their respective latest starts but ESCAPE TO THE CITY has the more scope and should also improve for today’s extra distance now handicapping for the first time.
