Verdict
In spite of the decent form of the David Evans yard both Autumn Morning and Turn To Dreams look to be in the grip of the handicapper here and we will take KINGAROO to score from Fantastic Fred. The selection tries this surface for the first time but he has acted well at Southwell, which is the closest of the artificial tracks to this one and he races as if he will stay what is almost an extra furlong, so we will take him to maintain his good recent form. Fantastic Fred is raised 4lbs for winning over course and distance last time and finding that sort of improvement is not beyond him, though the presence of the selection makes this more competitive. Captain Walcott looks likely to get competitive from this mark and is respected but Kingaroo is the one for us.
