Verdict
Arran Scout, The Number, Bundaberg and Kew The Music are all shortlisted in this wide open handicap and the vote is given to Arran Scout. The Number won well when beating Cils at Wolverhampton last time and although that was a weaker race than this he seemed to win with something in hand. However, he had previously finished behind behind our selection Arran Scout and although she has since disappointed, we are prepared to give her another chance here. Bundaberg is the other obvious danger but he was disappointing last time and his best form is at Southwell and unless the market speaks in his favour he may be best watched.. Kew The Music goes well on this track but he looks a little high in the weights so others are preferred on this occasion. We expect The Number to go well here, but if Arran Scout can reproduce her effort on this track two runs ago she will take plenty of beating.
