        Verdict

        Attrition opened his account at Southwell last time and is open to further improvement. On the downside, he carries a 6lb penalty and is making his debut on Polytrack. He didn't beat Premier League by far at Southwell and the latter may well reverse the form on better terms, but RIGHTCAR is preferred to both. A winner over the minimum trip here in January, Peter Grayson's charge won over today's extra furlong off a higher mark last year and looks to have every chance with a 7lb claimer taking over the reins. Carnival Dream looks best of the rest.
