In depth

Verdict

RYAN THE GIANT gets another chance in this company having been placed in both subsequent starts since winning at Newcastle and only headed close home last time. Mr Globetrotter finished third on that occasion and should be thereabouts again while Lineman was narrowly beaten over track and trip in January but has disappointed since. Cape Spirit has yet to win in 22 starts and attempts 2m for the first time and the remainder are even harder to fancy.
