In depth
Verdict
Grenane has slipped to a very attractive mark of 58 and receives the nomination with Sovereignty and Alexander Guru appearing the main dangers. David Evans' charge shaped with some promise on his penultimate start, finishing second behind Shunkawakhan who has since scored off a 5lb higher mark. He didn't appear to get the run of the race at Kempton last time but looks attractively weighted to do the business. Sovereignty has consistent form figures but looks vulnerable particularly with the selection in the field while Alexander Guru is another that be attractively weighted judged on his former ratings. He appears short of a turn of foot while Hucking Heat, who¿s last run is best ignored after few failed to get involved, could go well for each way supporters. Grenane is the choice in a tight heat.
