      Verdict

A slow start at Leicester didn’t help the cause of JACK’S POINT but he picked-up nicely and ended up beaten only a neck in third. He’ll know more here and Bill Muir’s colt gets the nod to open his account. Mr Diamond and Blame Roberta showed some ability over today’s trip on their respective debuts while Deputise is a likely improver. Haadhir finished runner-up over 6f at Chelmsford on his introduction and One One Seven won a claimer before well beaten at York.
