In depth
Verdict
Young Scotton can come out on top in this handicap, with Fantasy Ride and Opera Writer also considered. The selection finished in front of Opera Writer here last time and this polytrack surface clearly brings out the best in him. He was good value for his winning margin last time so we see no reason why the tables will be turned this evening. Opera Writer is expected to again run his race, but he is arguably better over a lesser trip than this. Fantasy Ride landed a gamble to score here last time but he was all-out to beat Raquel White that day his overall profile leaves him with a bit to find tonight. Morning Farewell ran respectably over hurdles last time and he also showed up well on his only previous try here, albeit over a shorter trip. He is another worth considering but a better bet looks to be Young Scotton who gets our vote.
