        Verdict

        None of these inspire much confidence, including FORCEFUL BEACON who was expected to do better at Chelmsford last time. But Tony Carroll's charge had gone close over track and trip before that with Bond Blade, Lazy Sioux and Qatar Princess behind and gets a token vote on that form. Master Of Disguise wasn't beaten far despite finishing only fifth here last month and a 7lb claimer helps his cause while Auntie Dif will not have to improve much on last year's form to get involved on her return to action.
