In depth

Verdict

Layline is penalised for winning an amateurs race here earlier in the week and Mister Marcasite continues to run well at the track without getting his head in front. Leicester winner Bethan found one too good last time despite being a winner without a penalty but SNOW DANCER (NAP) should make a better job of it after landing an apprentices' race at Hamilton last week. John Riches' charge won of a higher mark over track and trip back in March and is also preferred to recent Chelmsford fourth Fire In Babylon.
