Plenty of these have claims in a competitive opener. Both Pintura and Pastoral Player can get involved off their current marks though Tarooq has more to find after rattling up four wins on the Polytrack early in the year. Newcastle winner My Freedom seems at his best when fresh so could go well on his first start since June while both of Marco Botti's runners have a decent chance, with Solar Deity just preferred to Grey Mirage on course form. Free Spin will need to improve further upped in class and so will ANACONDA but the latter will have come on for his reappearance at Ascot and has lots of scope for further progress.
