Verdict

Lord Of The Lodge was aimed high during the summer. He edges this at the weights but hasn’t raced since July and ON THE WARPATH (NAP) looks a better option. The latter finished a creditable third in Listed company at Lingfield last month and Charlie Appleby’s charge should be sharper for this. Above also placed in Listed company back in June and headgear is applied on his return to action but Boosala has been off the track since winning both starts in 2019, though any strong support in the betting could prove significant. Tawny Port and Fizzy Feet have been running well in handicaps though will both find this tougher.
