Verdict
BO MCGINTY ran a sound race last time out and he looks worth persevering with in this handicap; Chjimes and The Jobber are also worth strong consideration. Richard Fahey's 8-year-old is edging down the weights and he wasn't beaten far at Lingfield last time when he chased home Ten Down. He looks as though he could be ready to take his chance and from a decent draw he gets the nomination. Chjimes is in great form at present and he should give the selection a race, but it is worth pointing out that all his best form is at Lingfield. The Jobber ran well when last seen out over this course and distance, but he has been off the track since November and he may well be sharper for this outing. David Nicholls is in good form at present so Northern Bolt is worth considering at an each-way price. Harry Up will find it difficult to lead from stall 10 so this confirmed frontrunner looks one to swerve tonight. Bo McGinty looks to be back on a fair mark and he can resume winning ways.
