In depth

Verdict

Cape Crystal continues to improve but carries 6lb extra for last week’s success at Chelmsford. You're A Goat has been raised the same amount having completed a double when winning at Epsom last time so another chance goes to LIVELLA FELLA. She was only beaten a length in a higher grade handicap at Ayr recently and looks up to scoring off her current mark. Wings Of Esteem has gone close on a couple of occasions since winning a maiden at Southwell early this year but Shadow Spirit continues to frustrate and never looked like catching the winner when runner-up in maiden company on her latest start.
