Verdict
In a wide open contest we will take a chance wuith Nebdi, Captain Darling and Bollin Edward are also expected to go well. The ex-Irish trained Nebdi made an inauspicious start to his British career when well beaten here over the nine furlong trip. However his best form in Ireland was over shorter and having been rated 90 at one stage he does now look on a very tempting mark. Captain Darling hated the soft ground at York last time but had previously gone close over course and distance. A similar run today should see him in the firing line. It would be no surprise to see Bollin Edward go close if he could replicate his earlier turf form on the all-weather. The best of the others could be Fulvio, but if back to anywhere near his best Nebdi should take first prize.
