Verdict
In this quite-valuable sprint handicap, Financial Times is selected ahead of Sahara Silk and Magic Glade. With the top three in the weights towards the top end of what they have achieved in terms of ratings, Sahara Silk, who is four pounds above a winning mark but whose rider takes seven pounds off her back, could feature today. She is, however, very closely weighted with Fizzlephut based on early-December course and distance form. Magic Glade is potentially very well treated and could go well for his new yard, while Financial Times comes here buzzing and was not beaten far off today's mark over course and distance last time. He rates as a player today. Finally, you could build the case on Fizzlephut form for Sparkwell but his draw puts us off. Once again, then, the selection is Financial Times.
