        Verdict

        Seven of these are C&D winners and another couple have won over an extra furlong. Richard Kingscote has forged a winning partnership with Island Legend, who he has ridden to victories here and at Kempton when blasting out and making all. However, he was getting 4lb from Incomparable on the first of those victories here and the latter, who has since found 6f too far at Lingfield, should reverse the form on the revised terms. His stablemate Six Wives was caught in the closing stages by DESERT STRIKE at Kempton on Wednesday and though slightly better off the winner has hit a rich seam of form and can complete a quick double under his penalty. Jigajig has plenty of strong form around here and could spring a surprise at a fair price.
