    Verdict

A poor race by any stretch of the imagination and Windy Prospect is the tentative pick ahead of Casablanca Minx and Burnley Al. Windy Prospect won a recent affair in non-selling grade and actually meets a number of these rivals off better terms than if it were a handicap. Winning form is a rarity at this level so if he can reproduce the efforts shown at Southwell and more previously, Wolverhampton, over this trip, he is the horse they all have to beat. Casablanca Minx was rated in the mid-70's a couple of months ago but has dramatically fallen from grace. The market is watched in order to see whether anything has been witnessed at home. Burnley Al is a regular at this level and is sure to run his usual race. Joint Expectations is upped massively in trip while Crusoe, who has ran well here in the past, has shown relatively little in recent runs. Not a race to be sticking the housekeeping on and one in which Windy Prospect has fewer negatives than most.
