Verdict
Karen George has got the best out of Landescent but with him unproven on this surface, we believe that Sinjaree is the percentage call. Sue Lamyman's charge had lost his way somewhat before striking in a modest contest at the track earlier in the month. He was rated in the low 60's when racing on the turf so is still technically well in. The evergreen George Duffield has the mount. Call of the Wild ran a fair third in a hot Southwell claimer over a mile. He probably needs further than that nowadays and the visor is now tried for the first time. Danger Bird is still a maiden after many starts so looks opposable but Reg Hollinshead landed a treble on Saturday, so it will be interesting to see if there are any positive market vibes. However, in a tricky finale we are happy to make Sinjaree our choice.
