MEDICI ORO (NAP) returned a clear winner over track and trip last time and beat Nikita in the process. A 7lb rise in the weights is reduced by an apprentice’s allowance and David Brown’s charge can go in again. Ventura Crest wasn’t beaten far when third at Catterick and sports headgear for the first time while Chloellie has been winning over 6f this year and debuts over today’s trip. Strategic may be ready to exploit a slide down the weights having placed over track and trip recently and Jazz Magic is creeping closer without yet looking like winning.
