In depth

Verdict

HONEY OF A KITTEN was weighted to go close in a claimer here last week and beat higher rated rivals than these by five lengths. He's worth sticking with in his current frame of mind. Elspeth's Boy failed to cope with an 8lb rise last time having won over a longer trip here before that. He has decent claims dropped in class and Officer In Command can be given a chance on his second to the selection earlier in the year. Banreenahreenkah has been hurdling without success since winning a seller on the Flat at Leicester last month and is another to consider ahead of the regressive Sergeant Ablett.
