        Verdict

        Mansiya is a speculative choice in a wide open fillies handicap, Poppys Footprint and Gramada are also expected to go well. Clive Brittain's daughter of Vettori is relatively lightly raced, but has shown plenty of ability. You have to ignore her last effort at Southwell, but on her third behind Victory Design over this trip in May she is very well treated today. Poppys Footprint is the current form horse having finished an excellent third behind Consonant over course and distance last time. If she repeats that effort she will be a tough nut to crack. Gramada comes into the argument on her third behind Shankly Bond last month and Sforzando is another to consider for each-way purposes. However Mansiya has plenty of scope for improvement and she gets the vote.
